Central Ohio Chapter CAI ... September 27th Luncheon Meeting

By 2050, Central Ohio will be a region of 3 million people, with preferences for housing, transportation and employment that are much different from the past. Through insight2050, a collaborative public-private partnership, communities are preparing for this growth with guidance, planning resources, and community engagement tools to evaluate local development opportunities and make informed decisions.

Jennifer Noll will discuss how demographics are driving new market trends in community development, economic development and real estate. She’ll also share the latest from insight2050 Corridor Concepts, a study exploring options for focused growth and mobility in Central Ohio.
