Community associations with sufficient funds to take on repair and replacement projects in a timely manner are often best able to maintain the structural integrity of their common assets. Understanding the legal requirements in Ohio with respect to reserves and reserve funding is an important first step in development of a financial game plan. This course will highlight use and implementation of a Reserve Study from a legal perspective, and the importance of having a financial plan in place to conduct capital projects before conditions become critical and with a proper scope of work.
