The deadline to register is March 13.
Each team/table, made up of Business Partners, Community Association Managers, and Volunteer Leaders, will spin the Legislative Roulette Wheel to reveal a legislative or governance scenario affecting community associations (e.g., Condo safety and financing, controversial rule enforcement, insurance related concerns, or conflict-of-interest dilemmas).
Teams have 5–10 minutes to craft a plan or response, considering legal requirements, governance best practices, and creative solutions. They then pitch their solution to a panel of judges made up of members of the Legislative Action Committee (LAC), who provide feedback and insights from a legislative and policy perspective.
It’s a fun, interactive way to test your knowledge, practice real-world decision-making, and see the LAC in action!
