Good Morning CAI is a fresh, interactive educational program that transforms the traditional panel discussion into a live morning news broadcast. Modeled after the format of a television morning show, attendees will hear the latest "headlines" impacting community associations while gaining timely insights from experts across the industries that support them.

Our Head Anchor, Felicia, will guide the broadcast alongside a team of co-anchors, introducing breaking stories, interviewing industry professionals, and facilitating engaging conversations with business partners from each of our key service sectors. Each guest will provide an update on the current state of their industry, discuss emerging trends affecting community associations, and share what managers and board members should be watching for as we head into the fourth quarter.

Whether you're a community manager, board member, or business partner, Good Morning CAI delivers the information you need in an entertaining, engaging, and informative format. Tune in for the latest news, expert analysis, and a unique opportunity to hear from the professionals helping shape the future of community association management here in Central Ohio.
